He is an Uzbek-born Russian mining magnate who has a net worth of $18.6 Million as per Forbes’ website data posted on March 2014. He is a major shareholder of Metalloinvest Management Company LLC, a metallurgy and mining company that specializes in manufacturing steel. He also owns several businesses such as Kommersant Publishing Houses, MegaFon and Mail.ru, thus, with all these investments, he was placed as the number 1 mining magnate of 2013.

This Australian magnate is also the richest women in Australia and was regarded as the 4th richest women in the whole world. Iron ore made Gina a huge mining tycoon. Lakshmi is an mining magnate from India. He is the CEO ArcelorMittal, the largest steel manufacturer in the world. However, because of the depreciation of steel, his finances also dwindled. In spite of the loss of several millions of dollars, Forbes’ estimated that he has personal wealth of US$16 billion in October 2013.

He was also included in Forbes’  “Most Powerful People” list for 2012 where he was placed in the 47th spot.
