Mining men usually think of Birdsboro-Buchanan Jaw Crushers as extremely big units – those like Type C used so successfully in primary crushing  where large tonnage is required. Although many of our installations are of the large Type C, we make all sizes, and the same rugged all-steel construction is always provided – no matter how large or how small the job.

The illustration above shows one of our medium-sized models – Type B – recently supplied to a well-known company whose problem is to crush calcined lumps which, although small, are extremely hard and tough. This was a repeat order, because previous experience had proved that Birdsboro-Buchanan Quality was cheapest in the long run on this difficult service.
