The rolls crushers we sell are used in mining and parallel industries; a double rolls crusher is a common type of equipment used as a primary crusher for sizing ore. Roll crushers are used for sizing sintered coals, soft and medium hard rocks, fertilizers and salts. The crushing material is fed on the top of the whole width of the rolls with the help of feeders. Parameters such as roll diameter, roll rpm and gap between rolls determine the performance of the crusher. In a double roll crusher, one roll is fixed while the other is floating type for safeguarding the crusher from uncrushable material, and enables to set the gap between the two rolls. In addition, it compensates for the wear and tear of the roll surface. The rolls are individually driven through a suitable gearing arrangement. The crusher is equipped with a shear pin or a breaker bolt or spring loading attachment for protecting the crusher against any occasional uncrushable material entering into the crushing chamber. A Rolls Crusher with a fabricated heavy duty steel frame, rolls are spring loaded for automatic release, dual hand wheel adjustment with lock nuts, roller bearing design with grease seals, locking safety cover has integral feed hopper with grizzly bars, 2” diameter vent for connection to customer venting device and hinged for easy clean out, 5 HP motor and inline gear reducer with chain and sprocket drive, OSHA type guard and safety switch. Unit is self-contained and complete with discharge chute.
