Do know how I could upgrade have kaolin clay beneficiated by flotation? Can we remove Tio2 and Fe2O3 impurities from Kaolin by using Froth flotation at commercial & industrial level?

This is an emerging technology, but you should consider gravity separation of the TiO2 and Fe2O3 from the kaolin concentrate by using gravity separation.  The Sepro C-Machines and UF-Machines have been used successfully in similar applications (i.e. cleaning heavies out of a light concentrate, or cleaning lights out of a heavy concentrate).  Met-Solve labs specialize in gravity separation, and are owned by Sepro, so the lab results can be used to define the full scale equipment requirements.
