I want to ask what is best practice for liner change out or what is the most suitable for both Sag and Ball mill ?

Would it be time-based liner change out during planned shutdowns or liner wear rates should be tracked instead ?

if liner wear rates is suggested, would appreciate a sample template to gather data.
